Concept respirator will give a set of gills

A ocean is considered as last frontier of our world. We know, that the blue expanse cover 71 % of the land, that is, more than half of the globe is covered by water. And also we know, that we can not breathe underwater without assistive devices. Need only oxygen. But the new concept  James Bond fix it completely. 
Conceived under the aptly named Triton – the tiny respirator created opportunities for underwater breathing. All you need to do – to bite a mouth respirator and breathe, your lungs are filled with oxygen. Does not need to have any oxygen cylinders. Triton will simply function as gills, give oxygen directly from the water! 
Based on technology,developed by Korean scientists, whose name is unknown, Triton is fitted with a filter with fibers,which are interwoven very tightly, skipping whole molecule of water. Powerful compressor reaches the micro – oxygen through the filter, after which it falls into the lungs already. But stay under water limited.
